Regulations

The regulations are valid from November 20, 2015

  1. These regulations, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, concern all persons on the premises of artistic, cultural, and sporting events, hereinafter referred to as an Event, organized by Tomasz Ochab, conducting business activity under the company name Tomasz Ochab Knock Out Productions, registered at ul. Józefa Chełmońskiego 130L lok. 11, 31-340 Kraków, entered into the Central Business Register and Information Service of the Republic of Poland, kept by the Minister of Economy, NIP 6772280971, REGON 120675989, email address: kasia@knockoutprod.net, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

  2. Security and law enforcement services appointed by the Organizer to ensure the safety of persons on the premises of an Event shall be hereinafter referred to as Security Services.

  3. Members of Security Services are obliged to wear visible identifiers issued by the Organizer, which shall clearly display the name of the issuer, an identification number, a facial image of the holder, the validity period, and the seal and signature of the issuer.

  4. The right to enter an Event shall be granted to persons in possession of one of the following documents:
    a) A valid ticket issued by the Organizer.
    b) An invitation issued by the Organizer.
    c) An identifier issued by the Organizer.
    At the entrance to the Event, the above documents may be exchanged for identifiers issued by the Organizer, whether in the form of a wristband or otherwise.

  5. Persons participating in the Event are obliged to carry a valid ID document, understood as a personal ID card, passport, driver's license, school ID, foreign ID document, or any other ID document containing a facial image and the residential address of the holder.

  6. During the sale of tickets to the Event, as well as at the entrance to the Event, Security Services may demand to see an ID from anyone entering the Event or purchasing a ticket to the Event.

  7. Persons 13 years of age or younger shall be admitted to the Event only under the care of a legal adult entitled to enter the Event by one of the documents referred to in Point 5, who, before entering the Event, signs a declaration of liability for the minor available at the entrance to the Event. This provision shall apply unless the regulations for the Event premises specify a different age limit for entry to the Event. The parent or caretaker is obliged to carry a document confirming the name, surname and age of the minor.

  8. Persons participating in the Event are obliged to behave in a manner that does not threaten the safety of others, and in particular to comply with the provisions of these Regulations and the regulations of the Event premises.

  9. Security Services are entitled to:
    a) Verify the authorization of participants to participate in the Event, and in case they lack such authorization, to summon them to leave the premises of the Event.
    b) Check IDs of participants to confirm their identity.
    c) Search the contents of participants' bags and clothes in case they are suspected of carrying objects prohibited on the Event premises in accordance with these Regulations.
    d) Issue orders to persons creating a public disturbance or not complying with these Regulations or the regulations of the Event premises, and in case of further non-compliance, to summon them to leave the Event premises.
    e) Seize, with the intention of immediate transfer to the police, any persons committing offenses or constituting a direct threat to the persons or property the Security Services have been entrusted to protect.

  10. Security Services shall conduct their activities in a manner that respects the dignity and property of other persons.

  11. Measures of direct coercion taken by Security Services, as well as the documentation thereof, shall be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 24 May 2013 on Coercive Measures and Firearms.

  12. On the premises of the Event, the following is prohibited:
    a) Possession of weapons or other dangerous objects, explosive or pyrotechnic materials, fire hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages (aside from those purchased through the Organizer), intoxicating or psychotropic substances, tasers, gas dispensers, knives, sticks, chains, firecrackers, smoke bombs, lasers, laser pointers, objects that could be used as projectiles, glass, metal, or plastic containers, or any other sharp-edged objects.
    b) Possession of photographic equipment, audio or video recording equipment, or taking photos, recording audio, or filming.
    c) Conducting any commercial or business activity without permission from the Organizer.
    d) Entering areas marked, "Entry Prohibited" (e.g. service areas, artist areas, backstage, etc.).
    e) Smoking tobacco and cigarettes outside of designated areas.
    f) Urinating or defacating anywhere other than the toilet.
    g) Throwing objects.

  13. Security Services are entitled to:
    1) Refuse participation in the Event to:
    Persons against whom a court decision prohibiting participation in mass events has been issued in relation to a conditionally suspended custodial sentence, or juveniles against whom such a decision has been issued on the basis of Art. 6 point 2 of the Act of 26 October 1982 on Proceedings Against Juveniles, as well as persons against whom a foreign or club ban has been issued within the menaing of the Act.
    b) Persons who refuse to submit to the activities referred to in Point 9 of these Regulations.
    c) Persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol, or any other intoxicating or psychotropic substances.
    d) Persons in possession of weapons or other dangerous objects, explosive or pyrotechnic materials, fire hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages, intoxicating or psychotropic substances, or other items, beverages, or substances prohibited in accordance with these Regulations.
    e) Persons exhibiting agressive or provocative behavior, or who in any way constitute a threat to public order or safety.
    f) Persons not in possession of an ID or document referred to in points 4, 5, or 6 of these Regulations.
    2) Remove from the Event premises persons referred to in 1).
    3) Remove from the Event premises persons whose behavior disturbs public order or does not comply with these Regulations or the regulations of the Event premises.

  14. All persons participating in the Event are obliged to follow the instructions of Security Services. Failure to do so may result only from their incompatibility with generally applicable laws.

  15. Strobe lights may be used on the Event premises, and all participants may be exposed to sound at continuously high volumes that may cause hearing damage. Pregnant women are particularly at risk.

  16. On the Event premises, monitoring systems may be used to record the sound and image of the Event, and especially the behavior of its participants.
